the Bulgarian&nbsp;construction more than half a century engineer Dimitar Agura (1892\u20131977). The&nbsp;Graduate Technische Hochschule in Vienna in 1921, he set up his own civil engineering&nbsp;of\ufb01 ce performing design and manage the construction of hundreds of buildings in the&nbsp;capital and the country between the two world wars. As an active public engineer&nbsp;Agoura was the founder and \ufb01 rst President of the Bulgarian Chamber of Construction&nbsp;Engineering (1937) and in 1942 was elected President of the Union of Bulgarian&nbsp;engineers and architects. He has great merit and opening in 1942 and the State Higher&nbsp;Technical School in So\ufb01 a. A true patriot, he participated as a volunteer in the Balkan&nbsp;Wars of 1912-1913, the then World War, the end of which is an of\ufb01er. Fought in&nbsp;the composition of the First Bulgarian Army in World War II from 1944-1945.
