FOR CAREER MANAGEMENT<\/p>\n<p><\/strong>Abstract. Career\u2019s management skills are linked to a more complex knowledge base than other types of skills. They are inherently connected to interaction with other, frequently unpredictable, individuals. No standardized approach to managing human beings is possible. The didactic model for development career\u2019s management skills connects rigorous conceptual knowledge with opportunities to practice and&nbsp;apply observable behaviors. The model has a few sequential steps: preassessment, learning, analysis, practice and application. To assist student in improving his own career\u2019s management skills, the model emphasizes practicing skills rather than just reading about them. TECHNOLOGIES&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Abstract.<\/strong> Purposes set from the National strategy for the introduction of Information and&nbsp;communication technologies in Bulgarian schools and resolving conflicts between the needs of the&nbsp;future state of trained specialists at advanced level in terms of informatization of education and current&nbsp;practice is one of the main tasks of professional education. In this context, we conducted a study with&nbsp;students from 9th grade on educational practice in general professional skills, which aims to prove that&nbsp;the use of information technology enables increased efficiency of educational activities for educational&nbsp;practice, but also the level of awareness and preparation of students. The application of information&nbsp;technology in the learning process proved our working hypothesis that the effectiveness of training has&nbsp;increased.&nbsp;We conducted the study with students from the ninth grade on the subject \u201ePractical training in&nbsp;general professional skills\u201c. We created a model of pedagogical technology using information&nbsp;technology, which we applied into four lesson themes.&nbsp;The application of the model shown in class proved our working hypothesis that the use of&nbsp;information technology as a way of organization and self-education of teacher and students leads to&nbsp;increased efficiency of teaching and student activity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eng. MANAGER<\/p>\n<p>Abstract.<\/strong> Language survey has been carried out in the field of top engineering management jobs. Data&nbsp;reveals the predominant language skill at work, which is writing compared to reading, as well as the&nbsp;prevalent type of text used at these positions. The main channel of communication has proved to be&nbsp;the Internet, mainly for emails and videoconferences. Four major companies operating in the region of&nbsp;Sliven took part in the survey conducted in 2012. The engineers from Miroglio Nova Zagora, ZMM,&nbsp;Yazaki and Dynamo enlisted four basic language activities for their positions, which include writing&nbsp;standardized daily reports as well as informal emails, giving instructions, following orders, analysing&nbsp;technical passports and diagrams of different machines.
