Such criteria&nbsp;are necessary in terms of assessing teachers\u2019 work in such an environment on an&nbsp;institutional level, thus allowing the targeted stimulation (both in terms of bonuses&nbsp;and career development opportunities) of said staff (teachers, counselors, school&nbsp;psychologists, educators, principals and their deputies) to perform better in a&nbsp;multicultural school environment. In more general terms, these criteria would allow&nbsp;measuring the educational integration progress, in order to provide feedback on the&nbsp;effectiveness of educational integration policies.<br Each of themis given the chance to work according to their own abilities and speed.
