This report describes a general algorithm for content development in e-course. The main criterion for its&rsquo; structuring are learning styles. Insofar there are different classifications of learning styles, then how to build up&nbsp; courses in electronic environment depend on the approach of the authors. Lack of adequate system suitable for students from the second grade to learn English language in textbooks approved by the Ministry of Education provokes the creation of innovative technology to develop reading skills in English through gaming methods. It is based on sound analyst synthetic method by which students acquire Bulgarian language in the first grade. It consists of five stages where we work at the level of phonetics, morphology, syntax and lexicology. The technology is tested in the period September 15, 2014 &#8211; May 31, 2015 with students from the second grade in Primary school &ldquo;Neofit Rilski&rdquo; &#8211; Dupnitsa.
